DOUBLE DEEP PALLET RACKING
In this storage system the unit loads are kept by forklifts that move along the aisles arranged in parallel to
Double deep pallet racking system pallets are kept at two depths, therefore reaching higher storage density, while accessing the pallets remains simple and comparatively rapid. In this storage system the operator doesn’t have direct access to the pallets stored.

DRIVE – IN RACKING SYSTEM
The Drive-in storage solution that maximizes obtainable space and tallness in the warehouse by reducing the forklift operating aisles.
It is made up of an easy-to-assemble and -reset modular structure, which makes it easy to maintain.
Compact racking can be either drive in racking, with only one access aisle, where the last load in is the first one out, or drive through racking, with an entrance and exit, where the first load in is the first one out.
It is the optimal and most common pallet storage system when you need to store homogeneous products with a large number of pallets of the same reference.
This compact system is appropriate where space utilization is more important than selectivity of stored loads.
PALLET RACKING SYSTEM
Rackman offers a wide-ranging of service in the production of pallet racking systems for heavy loads, using the most advance technology in manufacturing and testing process with high-grade steel.
The Cantilever Racking is ideal for storing lengthy or huge goods such as tubes, beams, metal sheets, plywood, gypsum boards, wooden and steel panels etc.
MOBILE PALLET RACKING
Mobile Pallet Racking System where pallet racks are placed on mobile bases or chassis through fixed tracks on the floor.
This racking base are equipped with remote push-pull elements and electrical motor allowing to move racks along the paths in order to open only one forklift access.
Mobile pallet racking system is a high-density storage, providing simple access for predictable forklift pallets.
Mobile racking offers an effective way to progress storage of your inventory and can save your business money and time long term.
PALLET FLOW RACKING
Pallet Flow Racking. Pallets are loaded from one side and slowly flow toward the opposite aisle for retrieval supporting FIFO inventory rotation. Systems can range from 2 to 10 pallets deep depending on the application. Pallet flow storage racking works best with a limited number of high-volume SKUs.
NARROW AISLE WAREHOUSE/HIGH BAY WAREHOUSE
Racks with narrow aisles allow a high utilisation of warehouse space. The operation of the racks is usually carried out by manually operated VNA trucks/order pickers that can be deployed for order picking as well as to store and retrieve complete load carriers. Due to the large lift heights, the high bay warehouses can be operated by industrial trucks.
